Marketing and Student Recruitment manager

Duties: 

  • Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives in print, internet, and events. 
  • Manage marketing KPIs, budgeting, and reporting; 
  • Oversee social media, website upgrades, and content development; 
  • Increase student enrollment and restaurant visibility; 
  • Plan campaigns in conjunction with internal teams and outside partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or educational fields
  • Excellent understanding of branding, social media, and content marketing; imaginative, perceptive, and well-organized
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level  English and Russian

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Hours: Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or activities).
