Duties:
- Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives in print, internet, and events.
- Manage marketing KPIs, budgeting, and reporting;
- Oversee social media, website upgrades, and content development;
- Increase student enrollment and restaurant visibility;
- Plan campaigns in conjunction with internal teams and outside partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or educational fields
- Excellent understanding of branding, social media, and content marketing; imaginative, perceptive, and well-organized
- Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level English and Russian
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Work Hours: Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or activities).
