Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage leads in Study Abroad and Tourism sector.
  • Research client needs and identify how tailored solutions can address them.
  • Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status, and prepare reports for management.
  • Prepare KPI reports and present sales plans twice per month (in-office).
  • Work closely with management to create and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and strengthen client loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience (experience in Study Abroad, Tourism, or International Trade is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a hybrid work setup.
