Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and manage leads in Study Abroad and Tourism sector.
- Research client needs and identify how tailored solutions can address them.
- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status, and prepare reports for management.
- Prepare KPI reports and present sales plans twice per month (in-office).
- Work closely with management to create and implement sales strategies.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and strengthen client loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven sales or business development experience (experience in Study Abroad, Tourism, or International Trade is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a hybrid work setup.
