Position: Business Development Specialist

Job Type Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Responsibilities

• Generate new business avenues for the corporation.
• Manage and execute the acquisition of new clients, accounts and projects.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Take an active role in the community by engaging in educational opportunities, business and networking events, and professional organizations as a representative of Headstart International.
• Work with other departments including sales, marketing, and customer service
• Regular analysis of sales and marketing, providing of recommendations for increasing profitability
• Consultations on, operating principles and technical features of products.
• Expansion of the existing customer base

Requirements

• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field
• Experience in a similar position 1-2 years
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
