Position: Sales Specialist
Job Type Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku
Responsibilities
• New customer attraction
• Regular development of sales base
• Aftersales follow-up and problem solving
• Executes and advises pricing guidelines for his/her area
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Become the customer’s prime source of information regarding company’s parts offering
• New customer attraction
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Requirements
• Age 22-27
• University degree
• Experience in a similar position 1-2 years
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to constantly analyse and implement new ideas
