Position: Marketing & PR Specialist

Job Type : Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
• Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
• Develop and maintain all media lists and contact information
• Responsible for social media and all publishing ensuring proper messaging is going to market
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Updating and maintaining Web content
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
• Participate in all sales & marketing in-house events
• Maximizing followers social media platforms

Requirements

• Age 22-27
• University degree (preferable in Marketing or Public Relation)
• 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (CorelDraw, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
• Ability to constantly analyze and implement new ideas
• Adaptability to Corporate Culture
