The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Organizational Development Specialist.

Responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees & teams and for the assessment and analysis of organizational, functional and individual developmental needs and identification and arrangements of the appropriate training solutions.

Develop and maintain organizational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Main Accountability

1. Propose training and development solutions to line managers and HR business partners, modify programs as needed.
2. Train and coach all lines managers in employee performance evaluation and development efforts
3. Budgeting and planning of bankwide and individual trainings
4. Deliver proper analysis & reporting (monthly dashboard, HR ratios tracking Corporate Center Stakeholders etc.) for HR and line managers.
5. Ensure the effective communication of the main principles at all stages of the process (Objective Setting, Objective Deployment, Cross-functional alignment, Mid-year review, Annual evaluation etc.) and  implementation of organizational and cross-functional training programs (such as Leadership Development, Customer centricity sales  Budgeting & Planning, English language courses etc.). 
6. Other specific duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Economics or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 2-3 year experience in Training, Learning & Development or HR fields
• Foreign Language: Russian (fluent), English (fluent)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Power Point
• Other: Strong communication and public speech skills, able to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement.
