TENDER SPECIALIST

Our Business Development team delivers incremental benefits by enabling Prima growing new partnerships and developing new paths to market. The Tender Specialist position provides assistance to this team to penetrate new markets successfully.

Major duties:

 To conduct daily tracking of international databases (like EuropeAid, Devex, World Bank, EBRD, ADB etc.) and to report potential business opportunities in overseas markets to the business development team in required format
 To identify and contact with potential private and public sector clients who would be interested in PRIMA’s consulting solutions.
 To carry out regular updates on internal system for tender status tracking
 To communicate with consulting companies/experts on cooperation opportunities for potential/on-going projects
 To make the references ready for Expression of Interest, to make necessary scope adjustments, and to ensure updated information of ongoing projects is reflected in the references
 Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
 Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
 To be actively involved in preparation of Expression of Interest and Final proposals
 To follow up and ensure timely submission of clarification questions to and from the Contracting Authority

Functional requirements:

 Due to the international element of the role, you must have language skills, most importantly English and Russian to a high standard.
 Degree in business administration, management, international relations, economy, finance or any other field related to the position
 Practical experience in a similar position advantageous (at least one year)
 Strong time-management and organizational skills
 Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and MS Excel.

Benefits package:

 Salary is composed of monthly fixed and annual bonus payments.
o Net fixed salary: 600 - 1000 AZN (depending on qualifications of candidate)
o Annual bonus: Additional benefits from the successful project bids at least ranging between 100%-300% of monthly salary.
 Probation period is one month (1 month).
 Free lunch is provided at the office.
