ISO CONSULTANT AND AUDITOR

General job description

Prima is seeking to recruit project based consultants to advise our clients on establishment and/or improvement of management systems in accordance with ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 as well as preparation of Client companies for respective certification.

Competencies expected from the consultant

 Conducting assessment of the Client company status in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 management systems
 Preparation of managers and specialists of Client company on the principles of management system requirements and their implementation methods (holding group training seminars, providing individual consulting, organization and launch of the project, the regulation of the project teams)
 Development of business processes, descriptions and documentation regarding management system framework
 Preparation and conducting trainings of internal management system auditors and evaluating results of internal audits
 Holding constructive and close interaction with the project manager and Client project teams throughout the project implementation.

Qualifications

 Completed higher education
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian
 At least 5 years experience in creation of the management system framework elements, preparation for management system certification as a lead specialist
 At least 3 years of direct consulting experience in establishment and development of management system framework and preparation for management system certification
 Experience in planning and conducting management system audits.
