Job title: Head of Marketing Department
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Reporting directly to: Operations Director
Our requirements:
• A university degree in marketing or business studies is advantage
• A minimum of 2 years experience in similar position, 4 years of experience in marketing field
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, creativity
Key accountabilities:
• Initiates Marketing and Communications strategy creation, aligns with management, implements it;
• Owns 5C's - understands Consumers, Competitors, Context, Collaborators, Company (is responsible for research), is aware of and informs the team about changes, initiates update in Marketing strategy and plan accordingly when applicable;
• Initiates Marketing and Communications Plan (ATL, BTL, PR) development, aligns with management, makes relevant corrections as needed;
• Owns execution of Marketing and Communications Plan (ATL, BTL, PR), involves into process relevant partners (agencies, colleagues, etc.) upon need, follows-up all ATL-BTL-PR executions, assesses effectiveness of executions and makes necessary changes in Marketing and Communication Plans (including effectiveness of each campaign, tool used, agency etc.);
• Coach, mentor and develop marketing staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
