Contact Centre Agent (Bakcell)
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Answering customers’ inquiries according to the related programs
• Making necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on customers inquiry
• Answers to the customer inquiries from the first apply.
• Treating customers in a polite and patient manner
• Fulfillment of job description in compliance with the process, procedures and instructions
• Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions
• Provide confidentiality of the company data
• To register properly contact reasons and complaints
Required skills, qualifications and competencies:
• Problem solving skills
• Prompt
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian (fluent) ,English (pre-intermediate) languages
• Knowledge of programming language is preferable
• Computer skills and Microsoft office programs skills
Required education and work experience:
• Higher education
