Network Monitoring Help Desk & Trouble Ticket Engineer

Role and Main responsibilities:

• To be responsible for Network Help Desk activities & IT monitoring activities and Trouble Ticket handling to assure mobile network fault-free operation, IT and Intelligent Network fault-free operation and to solve subscribers’ problems during a shiftTo handle all customer requests in the channel and provide proper information
• To be responsible for fault registration, fault notification and fault escalation on any problems on network, on IT, Intelligent Network or subscriber sides.
• To determine impacted Radio, Core, IT or Intelligent Network elements
• To notify, to escalate and update critical issues
• To register faults, to report fault clearances and faults to the corresponding responsible units.
• To notify Customer Care about Network problems, solve network problems.
• To handle High Usage Report reports, roaming users status and payment verification via Fraud system and Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange system with applying corrective and preventive administrative and service actions to malicious users.
• To inform Fraud Control and Risk Management on applied corrective actions to malicious or bad debtor roaming subscribers.
• To monitor Trouble Ticket status handling and solving.
• To monitor Key Quality Indicators alarms.
• To monitor decreasing and increasing of Voice, SMS and Data traffic.
• To monitor IT and Intelligent Network elements.
• To create, to assign and close Service Quality Degradation Tickets.
• To handle Help Desk and Trouble Tickets, to supervise and monitor during a shift.

Required skills, qualifications and competencies:

• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Prompt
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (fluent) and English (pre-intermediate) languages
• Knowledge of applied application and software
• Ms. Office programmes

Required education and work experience:

• University Degree
• Minimum 1 years in Telecommunications field
