High profile person of sales, communication, negotiations with successful experience and knowledge in similar markets

General Remark:

The job description should provide a basis for work and common understanding of the role Business Development Manager, Sales Representative for company activity market segments.
Roles and responsibilities need to be developed over time and adjusted to the market needs when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

- To lead marketing and sales team.
- Responsible for Sales of Power and Automation projects of local and international Customers.
• Strategic Customer’s market segment and new partner’s development tenders preparation and submitting

Main Tasks:

• Sales and Marketing, Market analysis, Business Plan development and implementation
• Enhancing and maintaining customer relationships in AZ
• Building and expanding partner, sub-contractor contacts
• Customer visits and technical presentations arrangements
• Developing technical, commercial and financial solutions for customers in AZ
• Support successful project implementation in AZ, assist with customer relations, communication, problem solving, payment collection etc.
• Reporting to the ISS General Manager with head office in Istanbul, Turkey
