Responsibilities:

 To ensure a safe working environment for all site employees, mitigate the risks
 Ensure your ethical behaviour in line with code of conduct
 Be aware of and manage the environmental risks associated within the business unit.
 Be part of an environment that allows all employees to develop and succeed.
 Support the overall profit and loss accountability for each business unit.
 Support the implementation of the Company strategy towards the customer, through understanding the customer, its business, its strategy and their industry.
 Contribute to the delivery of the Business balanced scorecard across the existing portfolio.
 To be part of an environment that maximises the scope of the existing portfolio.
 Support the plans for the growth of the Company volume within Caspian Healthcare by increasing the Company portfolio as well as new business opportunities (measured by contract performance) to meet the budget targets.
 Supports the delivery of the Service (Healthcare) strategy and operate within the framework that allows the team to perform effectively and deliver the Caspian healthcare portfolio.
 Interact and manage customers and their expectation of the Healthcare product.
 Ensure legal compliance for customers
 Customer Empathy
 Responsive to customer requests
 Understanding of the customers’ economies

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

 Relevant engineering degree/HNC
 Strong background in the Oil & Gas sector
 Demonstrate excellent customer focus
 Results orientation
 Ability to make an Impact and influence change
 Strong people skills
 Flexible approach and prepared to work offshore or oversea’s

Desirable

 Knowledge of the Company product portfolio
 Experience of differing business sectors and industry familiarisation
 Good networking skills

Challenges

 Be the prime Company point of contact for the operational site.
 To maximize the Company system availability and therefore minimize any lost production caused by failure of the Company systems.
 Build and maintain close professional working relationships with Company staff.
 At all times the Site Engineer shall ensure that safe working practices are followed.
 Portray a “can do attitude”, but have the confidence to push back if in any doubt.
