Position: Project Manager

General Remark:

The job description should provide a basis for work and common understanding of the role of Project Manager for Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) modifications.
Roles and responsibilities need to be developed over time and adjusted to the customer needs when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate clear commitment to Company Health & Safety objectives and look to drive improvements within the team.
- Planning of ICSS software modification activities to assist the customer in overall planning of projects and modifications. This would include agreeing initial priorities, reconciling potential conflicting priorities and managing specific acceleration as required. Company recognise the challenges associated with projects of this nature and the need to be re-active to change as it occurs.
- Managing and co-ordinating the whole portfolio of projects, including scheduling, reporting (progress, costs, issues arising and value of work done) and managing change (scope and schedule) as it occurs.

 Main Tasks:

- Interfacing with Company personnel on all project delivery issues
- Delivering projects on budget, on time and to quality standards
- Interpreting Company requirements and developing project proposals including scope, time and cost
- Identifying Company requirements from Company through the project process and pro-actively interfacing to ensure these are available in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating and managing resources for projects delivered from Company offices in Bangalore and Baku
- Co-ordination with Company St Neots for larger projects delivered from that location
- Ensuring compliance with the agreed project process
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the project process
