“AzerGold” CJSC is seeking for qualified candidates who are interested in a position of Business Development Manager. Our company offers stable and professional work environment with high level of job security.
Description of duties:
• Search, develop and manage business contacts at an executive level in the mining industry;
• Proactively seeking out new business development opportunities;
• Develop and implement an efficient business strategy, including the organization, the commercial approach and the development of the global offering for the mining accounts;
• Lead the development, analysis and implementation/improvement of current/new processes and companies' activities (coaching, training, price management, etc.) to deliver best in class service and a front line mining team;
• Manage existing key accounts to deliver KPI targets in line with local & global plans, while ensuring the organization does not miss any mining opportunities;
• Ensure mining accounts are operated within the agreed contractual terms, with both the company and the client meeting their obligations;
• Develop key corporate and regional relationships in order to expand our activities;
• Coordinate company's relevant departments' activities (Procurement, Finance, Mining, etc) in order to achieve targeted goals;
• Supervise strategic mining projects to ensure achievement of business and marketing strategies;
• Prepare yearly budget in accordance with company requirements and deadlines;
• Prepare the periodical reports for the management.
Job requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably advanced degree;
• Proven relevant industry experience at a senior level;
• Track record of successful business development;
• Excellent leadership and lobbying capabilities;
• Visionary, creative, entrepreneurial and competitive;
• Willing to travel extensively;
• Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English.
