Business Development Manager
Well – known and established market leader in construction, development and agriculture solution provider “AS Group Investment” is looking for the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting preliminary market study, accurate data forecasting and to hold a bid on selection of service providers
2. Ensuring the development of the business units of company’s existing and ongoing projects
3. Establishment of international financial cooperation and partnerships with different interested third parties
4. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
5. Implementation of trade finance
6. Ensure the organization of research into new business lines
Requirements:
1. University degree preferably in Economics, Business Management, International Business
2. Fluent English and Russian is must.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. High competence on Excel (financial functions)
5. Knowledge on international accounting and corporate finance
6. Real Estate market study and reporting skills (preferably)
7. Highly organized and good planner
8. Analytic and rational thinking
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Able to meet deadlines
11. Exhibits good negotiation and presentation skills
Personal Requirements
1. Able to travel on business when required
2. Have the highest integrity and confidentiality relating to all matters of business and any personnel associated with the Company
Required Experience
3 years of work experience in this field (preferably)
Working hours
Mon-Friday (9:00-18:00)
