POSITION: TAX & Payroll Accountant 

LOCATION: Baku-Azerbaijan

START DATE: ASAP

WORKING SCHEDULE: 5 days/week 

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Oil&Gas

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 Tax preparation
 Submission of  paperwork
 Monthly local reports preparation (VAT report to Tax Department; Income tax report to Tax Department; Revenue report to Statistic department; Salary report to Statistic Department)
 Quarterly reports preparation (WHT report regarding WHT deducted from sub-contractors to Tax Department; Report regarding 14% deduction from rent payment and info regarding rent to Tax department; Quarterly report to social fund)
 Bank payments support (Local and International Bank control; Preparation of Payment Orders; Preparation of Bank Reconciliation)
 Annual reports preparation (Profit Tax Return and Balance Sheet to Tax Department with all explanation, description, supporting documents, to answer letters from Tax Department regarding plenty of questions about amounts including into PTR; Annual report regarding income tax to Tax Department; Property Declaration to Tax Department; Road Declaration to Tax Department; Annual report to social fund; Annual report to Statistic Department regarding Revenue; Annual Report to Statistic department regarding salary; Annual Report to Statistic department regarding number and consisting  of employee; Annual report regarding expenses to statistic Department; Annual Report regarding Computers, fuels, cars used during year in company to Statistic Department;  Annual WHT tax report regarding WHT deducted from our sale invoices)
 Payroll Calculation (Preparation Payroll Calculation -incl Tax, SPF, Overtimes, Vacation, Sick Leave, Day/Night Shifts; Preparation Pay Slips; Expenses analysis)
 International Reports Preparation (Preparation IC reports ; Preparation Cash Flow Reports each Friday)
 Correspondence with Tax Department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

 Good knowledge of Local Tax/Labor/Custom Codes
 Good knowledge of SPF rules
 Good knowledge of PSA protocols

Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic
Experience:   5+ years with international company
LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Excellent command of English, with Azeri/Russian languages would be advantageous.
