As HR Representative, you will be joining our HR Services Team based Baku, Azerbaijan. This is a critical role where you will work as part of a team in offering cross functional HR support to both internal and external customers ensuring of our Service Delivery Objectives across the Region, supporting HR Admin Team within R/CIS. You will be able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements whilst exercising good judgement based on business need as well as be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately.

This role will apply expertise to improve processes and support other critical HR processes and initiatives in support of business goals.

With proficiency in RU/ENG language skills we will expect you to assist/support where/when needed HR Admin Centre.

With the support of the HR Central Manager you will be open to new challenges and objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare & keep all statuary HR documentations required by legislation;
- Track amendments to Regulation to unsure documentation up-to dated;
- Preparation of contractual documentation for new hires seeing through end to end. Follows up with candidates relative to pre-hire documentation and follows through per full process through to Hire;
- Make sure all the documents signed and stored in appropriate manner;
- Process all termination paperwork;
- Work closely with Payroll, provide all documentations in timely manner;
- Work closely with Supervisors/Managers to track absence and timekeeping data;
- Establish and Maintain filing system;
- Ensure all statuary documentations are in place for accurate time keeping (persona/sick leaves, vacations and etc.);
- Prepare and submit all Statuary reports in timely manner;
- Collect Migration documentations;
- Add/remove employees to corporate health and life & accidents insurance plan;
- Work as a 1st line contact person between internal customers and external HR Service providers;
- Ensure all data accurately gathered and provided;
- Assist with Organization of HR Admin activities in accordance with NOV overall development goals and specific areas of HR policy to achieve effective use and professional development of employees;
- Keep HCM system up-to-dated with needful records - Action all promotions, transfers, terminations (and any other HCM System related actions) ensuring all authorisation is received prior to processing;
- Responsible for FR Processing system;
- Assist with corporate reports for All RU/CIS;
- Primary responsibility of role is to respond to enquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with HR transactions;
- Working to the team Goals and Objectives of the supporting SLA’s for all work tasks that come into the shared mailbox striving for first class customer support;
- Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable;
- Support HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate and assist in various projects, providing oversight and/or coordination of key projects within the HR Services wider team;
- Intercompany travel as and when required;
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
