Job title: Call Center Consultant

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Reporting directly to: Call Center Coordinator

Our requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferred in educational field)
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment or sales. Preferably in education field
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, knowledge of call center telephony and technology

Key accountabilities:

• Answers calls and responds to emails; handles customer inquiries both via phone and email
• Provides phone consultations to customers on relevant issues - explains procedures, answers questions
• Follows up customer calls when necessary, i.e. researches required information using available resources and timely responds to the Customers
• Enters new customer information into system and updates existing customer information in the system
• Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures, produces call reports
• Makes outgoing calls to close the sales with potential clients
