Amec Foster Wheeler is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for CDCA/HR Assistant (National)

The successful candidates should have the following capabilities:

• Job related experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• To read, understand and implement the Company's Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Management System documents
• Have awareness of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations which relate to office practices
• Support the ATA Project Management and Project Team with administrative requirements
• Update and maintain the COCA I HR filing systems on a daily basis, archiving files as appropriate; scanning certificates, making
• further appropriate filing records for new starters;
• Making necessary internal training booking in accordance with TMs compliance; booking I tracking of Medicals;
• Support the preparation of course schedules I calendars and co-ordinate the delivery of these training courses I workshop (including on-site delivery) whilst maintaining the appropriate reporting systems;
• Monitor training schedules and maintain availability as a priority;
• Confirm trainers, room I venue and equipment hire to meet training course schedules; sending e-mails to participants with all mentioned information;
• Raising all necessary internal forms required for ATA Training Center;
• Arrange appropriate accommodation, travel and transport of resources when required;
• Translation of test variants;
• Ensure that Trade Tests for examination are properly registered for the purpose of audit;
• Arrangement of Trade Tests: Training resources - material review, printing, and preparation to start examination;
• Conduction of Trade Tests in accordance with ATA procedure;
• Assist in test checking;
• Tracking the receiving of external qualifications I safety passports;
• Liaise with ATA project personnel to ensure that all project documentation and files are centrally located and accessible;
