Amec Foster Wheeler is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Senior Instrument Designer (National)

The successful candidates should have the following capabilities:

• Understanding of Instrument Engineering Practices
• Use of CAD drawing software and PDMS
• Experience of Producing Instrument Design Drawings and Documentation
• Good Verbal and Written English Language
• Team Player

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Preparation and checking of detailed drawings, PIDs, Terminations, Loop Diagrams, Pneumatic and Process Hook Ups, Instrument Schedules, etc. and documents to the requirements of the Instrument Engineer.
• Use of Cad Facilities
• Requisitioning of Instrument/ Electrical Bulk Materials
• Close out and as building of drawings and documents.
• Ensure that al drawings and documents are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the programme as directed by Instrument Engineer
• Advise the Instrument Engineer of changes to work content.
• Ensure that discipline deliverables conform to the Amec Way and are best-practice.
• Maintain good relations with other disciplines and with the client at all times.
• To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Safety Management System documents
• Ensure work is carried out to accepted design safety standards
