Food and Beverage Manager
The right candidates has hands-on experience from leading international 5* luxury hotels, proven knowledge of, and ability to oversee and manage Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banquet operations through a minimum of 5 years in Food and Beverage Management of a full service hotel, be able to use good judgment and work independently in a multi-task position within a dynamic, team-based environment with solid time-management, organizational and people skills. Pre-opening experience is very beneficial.
In addition, the Food & Beverage Manager will be actively involved in the recruitment process of new F&B team members and ensures accurate job performance appraisal & coaching procedures are in place for the entire team.
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible to prepare the annual departmental operating budget and monthly financial plans whilst continuously controlling productivity of all outlets. Identifying additional sales opportunities that enhances the maximum revenue is one of the tasks. The Food & Beverage Manager also monitors the departmental expenses with a focus on Food & Beverage and labor cost.
