Safran County Bilgah is looking for Real Estate Marketing Director to join our team.

Safran County Bilgah is a truly unique leisure mixed-use concept with Villas, Residential and Sport  Complexes  which will stand out within the entire Absheron peninsula.

Responsibilities

•Research competitive information;
•Determine best method of sales and review financials;
•Present, implement and design product marketing, advertising, and programs for sales
•Formulate and monitor proper execution of marketing  and sales strategies;
•Monthly reporting to include the status of each customer, evaluations and ect.;
•Set targets for each customer and achieve sales goals and objectives;
•Support the sales team by creating marketing collateral depending on the market or client needs;
•Monitor industry news, ongoing campaigns and competitor info and share relevant information with the sales team.
•Create and execute against a sales and marketing plan to achieve member and revenue growth targets
•Thoroughly understand each prospect’s business and key value drivers by driving two-way communication
•Articulate and leverage our value proposition and brand differentiators to secure new business opportunities
•Establish weekly management reporting of all aspects of sales performance (pipeline, revenue/profit objectives, sales budget, key account updates, client satisfaction)
•Establish business relationships with clients and prospects. Maintain positive, productive, results-oriented communication to keep clients engaged and address all concerns and issues

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration;
• Great knowledge of local neighborhoods;
• Minimum 5  years of real estate experience;
• Fluent English , Russian and Azeri;
• Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management;
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills;
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and data management skills.
