Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Organize key agency and client meetings including meeting rooms and agenda.
• Create presentation materials (including Power Points) and proposal decks for sales meetings at all levels of sales engagement
• Develop and support the output of all sales and sales forecast reports
• Work effectively via daily communication with staff and clients located across the country
• As needed, work interdepartmentally to get updates and information from analytics and finance
• Read, synthesize and communicate any industry-related news or research to the business development and media sales team
• Research, summarize and maintain background information on all potential and current partners

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
 • Great knowledge of local neighborhoods.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Fluent English , Russian and Azeri
• Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
