Real Estate Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and research local rent prices
• Research competitive information.
• Determine best method of purchase and review financials.
• Present, implement and design product marketing, advertising, and promotion programs for distributors and dealers
• Formulate and monitor proper execution of marketing  and sales strategies for whole goods with distributors and appropriate sales channels.
• Monthly reporting to include the status of each customer, credit recommendations and evaluations and ect. 
• Set targets for each customer and achieve sales goals and objectives
• Support the local and national sales team by creating marketing collateral depending on the market or client needs
• Monitor industry news, ongoing campaigns and competitor info and share relevant information with the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration. Master degree or an MBA  gives applicants an edge.
• Great knowledge of local neighborhoods.
• Minimum 3 years of  marketing experience
• Fluent English , Russian and Azeri
• Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and data management skills.
