Responsibilities:

  • 1. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • 2. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a guest relations, front office, or customer service role in the hospitality sector. Prior experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • 3. Language Skills Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage and often required in international or GCC markets.
  • 4. Technical & Professional Skills Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or equivalent). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Solid understanding of guest service protocols and complaint resolution techniques. Knowledge of local attractions, services, and concierge operations is a plus.
  • 5. Personal Attributes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. Outgoing, friendly, and polished appearance with a confident and professional demeanor. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to manage difficult or sensitive guest interactions calmly and diplomatically. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Empathetic, proactive, and guest-focused attitude.
  • 6. Work Conditions & Availability Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically presentable and capable of standing/walking for long hours if required.
