Technical Manager

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of Inspectors in the organization.
• planning and organizing inspection schedules
• assessing project and resources requirements
• estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• determining quality control standards
• overseeing inspection processes
• supervising of the inspectors
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Assisting Country Manager  in tender/ bid documentation

Required Skills:

• University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering
• At least 5-7 years inspection experience
• Industry relevant quality control experience
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
