Senior Inspector on Civil Structural Works

Requirements:
 
∙ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field
∙ Ability to prioritize responsibilities
∙ Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours
∙ Adaptation to change
∙ Fluent in spoken and written Azerbaijani and Russian and also a working English 
 
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
• legislative acts and normatives controlling  third party inspections;
• legislative and regulatory legal acts,  regulatory and normative  documents on design, construction and operation of facilities;
• system of state surveillance,  interagency and  in-house control over construction;
• engineering processes in construction, including  assembling and painting  steel structures,  earthwork, construction of formwork,  foundation, erection of buildings and structures,  finishing  of premises,  installation of sewerage network,  construction of access roads,  territory development;
• technical regulations,   standards, specifications for civil  structural works, construction codes and regulations;
• requirements to technical documentation, systems, methods and instruments of control;
• regulations of testing and acceptance of facilities after completion of construction;
• fundamentals of  claims work,  procedure of submission and  consideration of claims;
• organization of accounting, procedure and time limits of reporting;
• regulations and standards of labor protection,  occupational safety, environmental protection, fire safety;
• Internal work regulations, other local normative acts of the organization applicable to his professional activity.
