Job title: Internal Auditor 

Line Manager: Board, Audit Committee

Education:  

University Degree in one of these fields: Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics or Business Administration or any other economic related filed.

Work experience:

Area and Length 3+ years of experience in internal (preferably in telecommunications)/external auditing (preferably in Big4)

Computer Knowledge and Skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);

Languages Skills:  Advanced knowledge of Azeri,  English, Russian

Personal skills 

Establish working relationships with company's staff;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Main responsibilities

(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management) 

1. To review and analyze company policies, procedures and guidelines and evaluate systems of internal control for the purposes of ensuring their adequacy and effectiveness.
2. To analyze and recommend changes in internal audit controls;
3. To identify risk areas in business processes;
4. Ability to prepare audit plan for specific business processes and the Company overall;
5. To analyze evidences collected during the audits and interpret them clearly and objectively;
6. To discuss the findings of an audit review with management;
7. Able to work effectively under pressure and to work with deadlines;
8. Strong analytical and communication skills;
9. Ability to clearly and professionally express audit findings in English, Russian and Azeri;
