Job title: HSE Manager / SƏTƏM Meneceri
Net Salary: 2800-3000 AZN

Condition: The Plant site area
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Health and Safety works, including 2 years managerial experience
Bachelor degree
Advanced level in English
Job description:
- Coordinating and management of health and safety issues
- Coordinating and management of quality system
- Coordinating and management of environment issues
- Coordinating security issues
- Follow up local regulation changes (safety, environment).
- Set up procedures regarding safety, security, environment and quality, according state regulation and CNIM’s requests.
- Assessment of hazards for each job position; determination of appropriated IPE.
- Schedule and monitor periodic safety drills.
- Follow up key safety/ environment parameters (frequency, gravity rate; effluents…).
- Check respect of safety procedures (work permit, consignation, IPE use…).
- Conduct internal audit (safety, quality, environment).
- Monitor environment and safety management systems (ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001).
- Follow up good working condition of video and access monitoring systems.
- Follow up and check parameters regarding effluent release (water, REFIOM, bottom ashes…) and gaseous emission; prepare official reports for state authorities.
- Declare, on time, accidents to labor inspector.
- Follow up key safety indicators (frequency and gravity rates; effluents…).
- Probability/ gravity assessment of safety and environment risks.
- Follow up compliance of safety rules (work permits, consignations…).
- Manage environmental and safety quality systems (iso 14001/ OHSAS 18001).
- Follow up good working of security devices (video; restricted access…).
- Conduct root cause analysis meeting for each significant safety events.
- Organize medical follow up of staff.
- Check compliance of subcontractors with local and internal rules/ laws (mandatory staff training, work time, IPE…).
- Manage information given to neighbourhood and authorities.
- Management of his team.
