Workplace: Plant in Balakhani
Condition: The Plant site area
Works with shift shift regime (Day, Afternoon, Night) during the week, 8 work hours in each shift day.
Technical skill requirements:
• Technical School, preferably oriented SCADA / automation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant positions.
• General computer knowledge
• SCADA
• Intermediate level of English language

Main Responsibilities:
Controls the process of Plant by monitoring and operating the plant through the distributed control system. Reports to Shift leader about occurring problems, communicates with fitters when necessary and immediately responds to the issues which can be solved over system in order to reach the highest performance level.
Key Tasks:
• Follows the shift leader instructions
• Analyses and controls the whole waste incineration process through the distributed control system to ensures reaching its highest performance,
• Anticipates derives and ensures immediate actions are taken to avoid any problem
• Reports to Shift leader or contacts fitters to solve the problems locally.
• Ensures that the information is accurate, analyses the derives.
• Solves automated problems by system
• Checks the level of all products (residue, reagents, chemicals...),
• Controls the condition of all valves, transmitters and other signals,
• Proceeds with the different equipment permutation when required,
• Starts and stops all machinery, and equipment on the DCS when required,
• Controls electric stations and utility area by monitor and reports to Shift leader in case of any problem,
• Ensure a continuous flue gas emissions monitoring and proceed with immediate action in case of deviation.
• Lists of all problems that occurred during shift to ensure a proper report,
• Manages the alarms on the DCS and in case of emergency, proceed with immediate actions and informs immediately the Shift leader.
• Consults and follows all applicable procedures.
• Reports any dangerous or abnormal situation to his manager or directly to the HSE department.
• Complies with all applicable environmental, health and safety statutory requirements, company QHSSE policy and accepted safe work practices and procedures.
• Conducts work activities in a manner that conforms to the quality expectations of the company, does not poses any nuisance or pollution to the environment, danger to your own health and safety and the same of other employees.
Supports in annual shutdown activities.
