Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) Baku LLC is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently looking for a HSE Officer to join our Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Conduct Safety observations on site
• Attend in the investigation of accidents/incidents and report the findings to Senior HSE Engineer
• To STOP and perform required safety measures during observation of unsafe works and any unsafe conditions
• Prepare daily reports to the Senior HSE Engineer
• Ensure that all work on site comply with the safety requirements
• Respond to fires and other emergencies
• Ensure PPE is correctly used
• Monitor contractor performance and report management
• Provide HSE inductions for all visitors, new employees and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Technical University Degree
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Qualification required: HSE Trainings with International recognized and MES certificates
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Proficiency in PC usage (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work in a team, with high motivation, self-starter and ability to take responsibilities.
