Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and execute the purchasing of required goods and services in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research and price comparisons in both local and foreign markets based on internal requisitions.
- Visit local markets to acquire spare parts or other materials as required.
- Maintain accurate procurement-related documentation and generate relevant reports.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all purchased goods.
- Plan and analyze daily procurement activities to improve efficiency.
- Enter orders into ERP software and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate deliveries.
- Able to go to local market for acquisition of required spare parts or other materials
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement or a related role is an advantage.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Languages: English – Fluent / Must, Russian – Preferable
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
Other details:
- Location: Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
- Shuttle bus (from 20Yanvar) and lunch are provided.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
