Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Research and analyze key market trends and customer needs.
- Operate in accordance with the company’s sales procedures.
- Review pending orders and special customer requests to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Propose improvements to the sales process when required.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts.
- Conduct market research, collect demand insights, and provide industry development forecasts, working closely with the product team to enhance international sales.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including wholesalers and retailers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B retail experience.
- Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
- Ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.
Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
