Responsibilities / Job Description:

  • Research and analyze key market trends and customer needs.
  • Operate in accordance with the company’s sales procedures.
  • Review pending orders and special customer requests to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Propose improvements to the sales process when required.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts.
  • Conduct market research, collect demand insights, and provide industry development forecasts, working closely with the product team to enhance international sales.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including wholesalers and retailers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B retail experience.
  • Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong analytical and managerial skills
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.

Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
