  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms (Instagram,
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to maximize engagement.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports.

Multilingual Communication:

  • Create and translate content into three languages (Azerbaijani, English, Russian).
  • Ensure accurate and culturally relevant communication across all language versions.
  • Adapt content to suit the nuances of different linguistic markets.

Agency Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards and project goals.
  • Oversee the production of visual assets, including photography and videography.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for agency projects.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct research to identify content opportunities and target audience preferences.
  • Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Desired background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Fluency in three languages (specify the required languages).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of Real estate market.
