Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Work with mechanical and hydraulic equipment such as high pressure pumps, hand tools and specialized mechanical tooling;
• Install, run and control of hydraulic units and their spare parts such as fittings, engines and etc.;
• To be able to identify and use appropriate types of hoses for the purpose specified by the customer order;
• Crimping of hoses with fittings and ferrules;
• Perform high and low pressure hydrostatic and pneumatic systems of hose assemblies;
• Perform hot oil, diesel and water flushing and fluid filtration;
• Functional testing and repair of various type of pumps and valves;
• Assembly and functional testing of hydraulic cylinders;
• Setting of pressure relief and safety valves;
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities and the sites;
• Manual handling technique;
• In the presence of the necessary training and certificates, perform other functions, such as forklift operator, or slinger/banksman during lifting operations, and etc;
• Drive vehicles entrusted to him by the company.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years’ experience in related Oil & gas, Mechanical / Hydraulic / Technical Service area
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (desired);
• Ability to interpret technical drawings;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, an ability to work flexibly and to meet deadlines
• BOSIET certificate is desirable
• Resourceful and proactive, with a positive can-do attitude
• Friendly and outgoing with the ability to interact positively with people at all levels
• Ability to work closely with others in a small and supportive team environment.

Work conditions:

• Work time: 5 days, 08.00-17.00
• Shuttle bus
• Location: 15 Salyan Highway, AZ 1063, Baku, Azerbaijan (near Lokbatan circle)
