Location: Azerbaijan, Baku

A vacancy has been raised externally for a Sales Coordinator position and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only. 

Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning, and there is not only to prepare presentations for clients but also to assess the equipment to see if the products meet customer demands. 

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Sales Coordinator improve its productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments;
• Handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events;
• Collaborating with other related departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently;
• Presenting the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible;
• In accordance with bid/estimate/quotation planning, ensures that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures;
• Provide required support to tendering & quoting staff for ensuring timely submission of tender/quotations before deadline;
• Collaborate with Business Development team in marketing researches;
• Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base;
• Make advisements to reach sales targets and realize necessary activities;
• Involve in planning of sales forecasts and required resource allocation.

Requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field;
• Experience as a sales coordinator 
• 3 years or more experience in sales quote preparation, customer services
• Knowledge on hydraulic equipment;
• English independent user (Advanced-C1).

• 5+ year Experience;
• Driving license preferred
• Upper-Intermediate in Russian and English (B2);

Work conditions:

• Work time: 5 days, 08.00-17.00
• Shuttle bus
• Location: 15 Salyan Highway, AZ 1063, Baku, Azerbaijan (near Lokbatan circle)
