MARKETING MANAGER // "BUTA FASHION" LLC

Buta Fashion LLC is currently looking for highly motivated and ambitious person to fulfil the position of Marketing Manager at a rapidly growing fashion company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing the business development strategy in line with company targets & objectives;
• Preparing annual marketing strategy and marketing communications plans;
• Development and content management of a company website and online store;
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities;
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and events;
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
• Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications;
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with various project launches;
• Establishing KPIs, targets and evaluating effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Conducting market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or related areas;
• Two years and more experience in marketing management;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Advanced user of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach;
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
