PNN/ACG is involved into development and operation of fashion brands in Azerbaijan and CIS region through Buta Fashion (BF) company .

Currently, Buta Fashion’s portfolio includes franchised operations of the following mono-brand stores:

• Alfred Dunhill
• Nina Ricci
• Philipp Plein
• Sergio Rossi
• Brunello Cucinelli
• Cesare Attolini
• Santoni

BF also operates Avenue, a multi-brand men’s clothing store located at one of the premium locations of Baku. BF employs more that 30 experienced sales and back office personnel to manage fashion retail operations with more specialists joining the company to support its rapid development.

We are currently looking for experienced candidate to permanent filling Project Development Manager position.

Job title: Project Development Manager

Line Manager: General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections;
• Participating in the corporate valuation and acquisition projects;
• Preparing and delivering project-based presentations for client companies;
• Dealing with large commercial and investment banks within CIS region and outside of it;
• Developing financial models and feasibility studies for existing and potential future projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration (degree from a top university abroad is a big plus)
• Minimum 1 (one) year of relevant experience in a BIG4, Bank or Financial department of a large company
• Good understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques and financial analysis
• Knowledge of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Azerbaijani & English is a must; fluent Russian is desirable.
• Must be proactive and customer oriented, flexible and reliable;
