Food and Beverage Company is announcing the vacancy for the position of the Store Manager to be in charge of the good running of the shop.
He/She is responsible for the shop and takes all the necessary decisions especially regarding the supplying and the running of the shop, the manners of his staff as well as the management of his administrative and commercial tasks.
Responsibilities:
Management
- Responsible for day-to-day scheduling of staff
- Motivate and train the staff
- Solve staff problems
- Supervise the good manners of the staff and their welcome to customers
Accounting
- Billing
- Be familiar with the operation of the cash register
- Set the forecast budget
Administrative
- Control the activities of the staff during their shifts
- Maintain tearoom cleanness and make sure the staff respects the hygiene and security standards
- Follow up on the turnover and the margins
Commercial
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Plan store animations
- Respond to customer complaints, taking appropriate action to solve the problem
Products management
- Place orders
- Verify that the products are presented according to the merchandising plans
- Study the competitors products
Required skills:
- Hotel and restaurant management knowledge
- Self-sufficient in taking decisions regarding the shop, in respecting the directives of the Operating Manager
- Developed commercial attitude
- Be able to develop the motivation and the determination of his collaborators
- Be able to make suggestions in order to improve the shop and staff management
Background:
- Experience: at least 2 years in the same job position
- Knowledge in management: leadership skills
- Luxury experience
- Gastronomy knowledge
