Key Responsibilities

• Programme support: work collaboratively with the CIP personnel on work plan management, risks/issues management, project communications and relationship management.
• Programme communications: support the Hof CIP and any Project Managers in CIP with delivery of the right communications to the right forums relating to COM and CMR.
• Programme administration: provide administrative support for checkpoint meetings, deliverable version control, QA reviews and contract management activities.
• Reporting: compile and submit weekly and monthly reports as defined with the Head of CIP and Director of Strategy & Projects.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• English, Russian and Azerbaijani language proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Preferred experience with media, sponsors, advertisers, events and involvement with monitoring sub-contractors.
• Project Management certification from a recognised institution (e.g. PMI or PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with sports, entertainment or hospitality industry desirable
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Structured thinker, highly organised
• Flexible, resilient and positive through organisational growth and change
