Job Title: Regional Uniform Group Team Assistant (Mingecevir)
Reporting To Regional and Test Event Manager
Purpose
The role of the Regional Uniform Group Leader is to provide dedicated operational support to Uniform Operations and ensure cross-functional coordination, information sharing and task management.
Key accountabilities
• Willingness to work outside of Baku as 75% of role will be based outside of Baku
• To serve as a Deputy of Regional and Test Event Manager
• To assist Regional UNF Manager with all venue related operations and task management as required
• Support BOH and FOH operations
• Control and coordination of uniform distribution process, warehouse and stock management process
• Supervise UNF Assistants, UNF Team Leader and UNF Team Members
• Provide an accurate administrative and data processing output within a generalised Uniforms role
• Exceptional customer service ethics to all Functional areas and programme stakeholders, providing tact and diplomacy as required.
• Perform tasks on schedule and achievement of overall given objectives, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Coordination, planning and control shifts of volunteers
• Must be able to motivate team members, team leader and assistants toward active participation and involvement in activities and must channel the interests into productive efforts and ensure the necessary follow-up action
• Assist manager as needed with communication with volunteers’ team leaders and follow up of action items
• Monitoring and evaluating activities and perform daily reports to UNF manager
• Communicate effectively with Uniform Manager, shift colleagues and UNF management to ensure the long-term goals and targets are met
• Assist in other duties as required
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Minimum 4 years of previous work experience in leading role
• Presentation experience to large audiences in multi lingual environment
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proficient in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of products
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• Proven experience of strong customer service environment, clothing retail or corporate is advantage
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up-country and work in the region
• Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment and in very tight schedule
• University degree

Salary: 750 AZN NET
