Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant field
  • At least 1 year related experience in HR
  • Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English  - good (preferable)
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work with the electronic government portal
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in human negotiation, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Proficiency in teamwork with a dynamic, active and highly enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to identify suitable candidates for open positions
  • Personal ethics and integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Collection of necessary documents from the employees
  • Working in EMAS electronic system
  • Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes
  • Provide required HR related information for managers and finance team for internal or external reporting purpose
