Responsibilities
- Ability to submit statistical reports and quarterly declarations (Unified Declaration for
- Employed and Non-Employed)
- Normative, methodical and other guiding materials related to personnel
- The charter of the personnel department, instructions and other guiding documents, the organization of personnel work and the preparation of reports
- Basics of labor and management organization
- Labor protection norms and internal regulations
- Filling out sick leaves
- Creating a database of employees
- Registration of new employees, and dismissals in the state portal https://emas.sosial.gov.az/
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, social security, and other statutory contributions.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records.
- Ensure all payroll processes comply with local laws and company policies.
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance teams and government.
- Prepare financial statements related to payroll expenses
- Knowledge of labor legislation,
- Experience working in the government portal (EMAS, ISB) and using 1C program
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
- Experience in the specified position for at least 1 year
- Must have (fluent) spoken and written (English, Russian, Azerbaijani).
- Experience with websites such as emas.sosial.gov.az /isb.az e-gov.az
- Experience with 1C software
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan Respublic.
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements: Azerbaijani citizenship.
