Job brief:

“Rayda” LLC is looking for a qualified Corporate Sales & Service specialist to join our fast growing team. Candidate’s main duty is to provide high level of service corporate customers, by sellng company products and services

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, mainle in corporate sector. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work out requests and provide detailed information to corporate clients
  • Follow up the requests by building trust by the client
  • Study the products, main market trends and customer needs
  • Work based on company sales procedure 
  • Provide high level of service to win the customer and promote sales
  • Run correspondence with corporate clients while assisting in sales
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Participate in international events, exhibitions and FAM trips
  • Deal with purchase orders, invoices and agreements to corporate clients

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales or service specialist in corporate sector
  • Worked out communications skills with corporate clients
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Experience in working with documents and agreements
  • Proficiency in corporate correspondence
  • Good command of Russian and Azeri, Inermediate English
