We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Export RPA Implementation Specialist to lead and oversee the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives related to export processes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of export procedures, coupled with expertise in RPA technologies and process automation.

• Lead the assessment and analysis of export-related processes to identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Design, plan, and implement RPA solutions tailored to streamline and optimize export workflows and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, compliance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions into export operations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for export process automation, prioritizing key areas for implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the potential impact of RPA on export processes and operations.
• Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks such as documentation validation, customs clearance, shipping notifications, etc.
• Provide training and support to export teams on utilizing RPA tools and technologies effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented RPA solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, data security standards, and company policies in RPA implementations.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of RPA implementations, including process documentation and reports on outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in RPA are advantageous.
• Proven experience (3 years) in export operations, logistics, or related fields, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation requirements, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
• Proficiency in RPA technologies and tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, with hands-on experience in RPA implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and automate complex export-related processes.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
