Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including knowledge and determination of closing difficult to fill roles as well as attractive passive candidates;
• BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent;
• A can-do, ownership and improvement mindset for the recruitment function;
• Strong hands-on drive but also strategic mentality;
• Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills;
• Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews;
• Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems;
• Have the courage to push yourself to unknown challenges;
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices.

Job description:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process including demand planning, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, engagement, interviewing, offers and approval;
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and have a very deep understanding of actual business needs for the hire;
• Produce and update job specifications and descriptions，build candidate databases;
• Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy, including tracking metrics, pipeline activity and producing recruiting reports;
• Drive business client relationship and candidate relationship, improve hiring efficiency & diversity, and ensure a positive candidate experience;
• Create offer packages and negotiate candidate offers by partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders;
• Participate in regional recruitment projects and initiatives to drive staffing excellence.
