Job responsibilities:
- Building relationships with all line managers and team members to achieve successful outcomes and making recommendations on recruitment processes;
- Implementation of all stages of the recruitment process (write and place advertisements, screen and interview) with speed and quality;
- Posting vacancies on ADY's career page, social media and internal/external job posting platforms;
- Evaluation of the candidates according to the selection criteria determined according to the employee request form and formation of a short list;
- Submission of the list of selected candidates to line managers;
- Preparation of job offers and submission to selected candidates;
- Responding to candidates on all stages and results of recruitment processes on the basis of timely and approved information samples;
- Accountability of recruitment processes and candidate pool management.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant field of study;
- 2+ years of experience as a HR Recruitment specialist;
- Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and LinkedIn recruiter;
- Verified international certificates in the relevant field (SHRM/CIPD) are desirable;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English – written and spoken; Russian is preferrable;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of local labour legislation;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
- Ability to follow procedures exactly, analyze data and come to conclusions;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Critical thinking;
- Creativity;
- Teamwork skills.
