Responsibilities:

  • Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy
  • Produce and update job specifications and description
  • Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
  • Evaluate resumes and job applications
  • Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records
  • Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process
  • Researches and recommends new recruiting sources for active and passive candidates
  • Recruits and submits qualified candidates to hiring managers that meet the needs for open opportunities
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Conducts interviews in person and over the phone to determine position fit and skill-set match
  • Provides feedback regarding candidate quality and sources
  •  Leads the recruiting and interviewing plan for selected open positions and executes the recruitment plan
  •  Establishes and maintains a network of top-level talent, establishing a candidate pipeline
  • Manages the overall selection process

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Proven 3 + years’ work experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, CIPD highly desired
  • End to end recruitment experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Prioritization skills are required the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly
  • Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
  • Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
