Responsibilities
- Calling candidates to provide them with detailed information on open vacancies
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Post job ads and vacancies on job boards and social media
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Order office supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, etc.
- Resolve administrative problems
- Provide polite and professional communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluently knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English- strong intermediate
