Candidates should be able to assist management and by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

  • Calling candidates to provide them with detailed information on open vacancies
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Post job ads and vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails 
  • Answer and direct phone calls 
  • Order office supplies
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, etc. 
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Provide polite and professional communication 
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Fluently knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English- strong intermediate
